ASEI
Safety is Our Number-One Priority

Aero Support Engineering, Inc. is an FAA-Approved Aircraft Repair Station (#XNDR054L), providing specialized services for all types of aircraft aluminum spinners - including repairs, PMA parts development, and manufacturing.

Established in 1992, ASEI repaired over 12,000 spinners for General Aviation Aircraft. Our high-quality repairs on spinner assemblies are a great, low-cost alternative to OEM new parts, and our FAA certification means you can count on ASEI for safe, reliable repairs.

In addition to aircraft repair, ASEI designs FAA-PMA parts for improved durability and cost savings, and we produce a PMA-STC quick release for Piper Navajo front landing gear torque link/scissors link/nose link and spinner bulkhead backing plate, PA-31 & PA31P.

We are located near Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, literally just a few hundred yards from the new 5th runway.  Our facility is approximately 3,000 square feet, where we have the the ability to move parts through the repair process efficiently with a high focus on safety and quality.  We have engineering on staff, who are highly trained in repair development, metallurgy, and very familiar with almost all typical failure modes for spinners and backing plates.

Our mission is to provide high-quality repairs at a fraction of new OEM part price as a "win-win" solution.  We continue to maintain cost controls and monitor new part price to ensure our repair pricing remains very compelling as a solution, providing aircraft owners significant savings over having to buy new.  Also, our turn time is world-class, with 2-3 business days being typical and 1-2 day expedite turn times available for AOG (extra charges may apply).
